2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Jalapeno, seeded and sliced into strips
2 Tbsp Green onions, chopped
1 Sm Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Lb Lean ground turkey
1 Lg Zucchini, chopped
3 Sm Green tomatoes, chopped
Sea salt (or regular salt) & pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
1/2 Can Chicken broth (I used Light and Fat Free)
1/2 Tsp Patis (optional)
2 Tsp Light Soy Sauce
1-2 C Frozen peas
1-2 C Frozen broccoli + 1 Tbsp unsalted butter (I used steamworks, butter and broccoli)
Heat oil over med-high heat in a large pan, add jalapeno strips. Once jalapeno strips have crisped and browned, you can either remove them at this point or keep them in. Add garlic, green onions, and onions. Saute until onions have caramelized a bit. Stir ground turkey and cook until browned. Add in Zucchini and green tomatoes, and continue to cook for a couple of minutes before adding seasonings and broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Add patis, soy sauce, and peas.

Cook at a simmer until zucchinis and green tomatoes are to desired doneness. In the last few minutes add broccoli/butter and stir.
Serve with juices over rice.
